Hello, I'm Dale Kurow.
For the last ten years I've provided personalized outplacement services for corporations and non-profits. My approach is client-driven and carefully customized toward the employee's needs: emotional, family related, job search, résumé, etc.
Over the years, I've worked with many clients who complained about the services they've received from company-assigned outplacement firms. Impersonal and de-humanizing were the words they used.
Impersonal is the antithesis of my approach. Every employee is treated as a unique individual and receives my full attention and expertise. My services are geared especially to the long tenured employee who has been out of the job market for at least ten years.
